When you visit us: Houstonia's environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. We thank you for understanding and respecting the quiet and privacy needs of other spa quests by lowering your voice and turning off your mobile phone. Enjoy the luxury of silence. Many of our services are designed to compliment each other. Please consult the spa programmer for service combination suggestions. Please feel free to enjoy the beautiful gardens and stay for a glass of water or herbal tea. If you are here for a Spa Package ask about the menu of food that can be ordered in for you. Health experts recommend that you receive only one heat treatment per day. Pregnant women and individuals with varicose veins should avoid all heat treatments. We request that you disclose any medical condition and/or prescription medication you are taking as some services may be contra-indicated. We suggest you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. This allows ample time to check in, enjoy a herbal tea or water; fill in your treatment card and relax. Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time of your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Plan your special time out and ensure you arrive on time to experience the total benefits. All treatments are completed as scheduled. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any spa appointment. After that you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Parking is provided at the very front of the property where indicated. Where possible please park in this designated area. Otherwise there is parallel parking available in the next block towards the shops. Business Hours:
